IWFSA Member Affairs Committee

Membership process

Operating under a mandate from the Board, the Member Affairs Committee adheres to the IWFSA’s vision and purpose, as well as the IWF global constitution.

Membership in IWFSA is by invitation only, with a focus on attracting high-calibre women leaders who are outstanding achievers in their respective fields. This ensures the legacy and mission of IWFSA are upheld and sustained.

Nomination:

Individuals are nominated for membership.

Committee review:

The nomination is reviewed by the committee.

Approach to the individual:

Once approved, the nominee is approached.

Agreement & documentation:

The individual agrees to join and completes necessary documents.

Committee interview:

The committee conducts an interview to assess suitability.

Recommendation to the board:

The committee recommends the candidate to the board.

Introduction:

Upon approval, the individual undergoes introduction into the organisation.
